Rental Information

 

Central Guard Room = Beautifully renovated historic Central Guard Room available for wedding receptions, parties, banquets, reunions, etc.  Will seat 200-225 (with dance floor).

 

  • $700 Day of event  **for eight hours     
  • $100 set up Day before (additional)

o   $100 cleaning fee refundable upon inspection after event

o    $200 non-refundable  deposit to reserve on calendar

o   *optional*    KITCHEN USE fee - $50 flat fee 

o   *optional*    $100 set up fee (we set up tables)

o   *optional*    $100 Tear Down Fee (we tear down tables)

o   *optional*    linens - $5.50 each

o    *optional*    tours - $6 per person

 

**6 & 8 foot rectangle and 6 foot round tables and chairs available at no additional charge.**

 

Conference Room = Formerly the Warden’s Dining Room, a unique facility for your next small gathering (20-40).

 

·        $150 under 4 hours

·        $300 4 to 8 hours

·        $100 if also renting central guard room or grounds

o    $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve on calendar

o    *optional*   tours - $6 per person

 

Grounds = Available for company picnics, reunions, etc.
